Snellings Beach House is close to north coast attractions such as Stokes Bay and Western River Cove. It is an hour's drive from the south coast, which features Seal Bay, Vivonne Bay, Remarkable Rocks and Flinders Chase National Park.
The ground floor of the house has an airy open plan living, dining and kitchen area along with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living area (featuring a sea-gazing vestibule) opens out on to a north facing deck, also with fabulous views. A curved wall in the fully equipped kitchen has a bank of windows offering rural views of Constitution Hill at the rear of the property.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms, another bathroom and a north facing balcony overlooking the white arc and rolling waves of Snelling Beach. The upstairs bedrooms each have a double bed. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen size bed. The other has two single beds and a full size cot.
The house has a dishwasher, TV, DVD, air-conditioning, and a combustion heater. Linen and towels (not beach towels) are supplied.
