Bookings cancelled prior to 21 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Bookings cancelled within 21 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancelled fees will be kept in lieu for 3 months for another booking at a mutually agreed time.

No smoking indoors.
No Pets.
Children are welcome, young children need to be supervised when outside.
