Booking Terms

If booking is cancelled 24 hours or more prior to the tour departure, guests are entitled to a refund of 75% of the tour cost. Guests are required to notify Devils@Cradle of intentions to cancel. If cancelled within 24 hours of tour departure, or in the event of a no show, a cancellation fee of 100% of tour cost will be applied. We encourage our visitors to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

*If the 'Dine with the Devil' tour does not go ahead due to minimum numbers not being reached, or due to unforeseen circumstances, Devils@Cradle reserves the right to move guests onto an 'After Dark Feeding Tour' for the same date. Guests will be entitled to a refund of the difference in price between the two tour options. Please advise Devils@Cradle of your place of accommodation when booking for contact purposes*

Conditions of Use

Please ensure you have your booking confirmation with you upon arrival at the sanctuary to check in for your tour.

If attending an evening tour, please be aware that doors will be locked 15 minutes after commencement of the tour, arrivals later than this will not be able to enter.
