Booking Terms

Guests will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 30 days before arrival. Be aware that this is a two-part prepayment.

Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.

Damage Deposit

Guests may be required to pay a damage deposit which is collected by EFT or credit card 30 days prior to arrival.

The damage deposit will be returned by bank transfer or to the bank account or credit card used when booking within 14 days of check-out.

Additional fees

Cleaning & linen fees are charged per stay (up to 7 nights).

If a reservation exceeds 7 nights, additional cleaning & linen fees will be due and will be advised by the property upon reservation where arrangements will be made for the cleaners to access the property at a suitable time.

A 3% credit card processing fee will be charged when paying by credit card.

Minimum age of person making the booking: 18 years

Children can be accommodated at the property

Guests to be restricted to those who have booked

Smoking is not allowed within the property

Pets are not allowed

No loud parties or events are allowed on the premises

Quiet hours are between 8:00pm and 8:00am
