Booking Terms

Full payment required upon booking. In the event of cancellation the following fees are applicable:
• Written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the cruise departure date the passenger will be liable to pay 20% of the total fare.
• Written notice of cancellation 29 days to 15 days before the departure date the passenger will be liable to pay 50% of the total fare.
• Less than 14 days before the departure date the passenger will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to 100% of the total fare.

It is strongly recommended that all passengers take out comprehensive travel insurance for overnight trips. (This not only protects you against sickness, loss of luggage, hospitalisation, but also against your need to cancel).

Conditions of Use

SHORT CRUISES
Mayflower cruises please report to the Mannum Visitor Information Cetnre half an hour before departure. PS Marion cruises, please report to the ticket tent (Mary Ann reserve) half an hour before departure.
In the unlikely event of an emergency, passengers must follow the instructions issued by the crew. All itineraries and arrival / departure dates and times are subject to change at any time dependant on river conditions and at the discretion of the Captain. The PS Marion and PW Mayflower are heritage vessels and comply with the Australian Maritime Safety Authority regulations. The wheelhouse and galley are restricted areas and entry is only available by invitation from the Captain or the Chef respectively. If passengers require help in any way when on board they should refer to the Purser.
NO SMOKING policy applies to all cruises on board the PS Marion and PW Mayflower.
SHORT CRUISE RATES
Prices quoted for adult tickets are applicable to persons 15 years and above.
Prices quoted for child tickets are applicable to persons 5 to 15 years.
Children under 5 years of age are free of charge (Concession rate) however it must be advised at the time of booking the child will be on board as all passengers are included in the total capacity for the purpose of the vessel’s survey conditions.
