Conditions of Use
Reception is open daily between 10.00am - 4.00pm. Please enquire about public holiday / winter operating hours where applicable.
If you expect to arrive outside Woolmers Estate business hours, please ensure you provide a valid Australian mobile telephone number and contact Woolmers Estate directly, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation as early as practical. Reception staff will advise you of late check in procedure via your provided contact information if not done so at the time of booking. Please note, international telephone numbers will not be contacted. Boom gate control must be kept on the same key ring as your cottage keys. Failure to do so may result in loss recovery fees.
For the safety and comfort of all guests, please report any damage of Woolmers Estate property immediately. Any damages will be recorded. Management reserves the right to request compensation for damage or loss of property which may include the cost of repair, replacement, compensation to other guests affected or specialised heritage assessment and repair. Additional work for Housekeeping staff including but not limited to, relocation of furniture, intentional misuse of furniture, dirty dishes will attract an extra cleaning fee at the discretion of Management. Defacing of property and disturbance to other guests will be taken seriously and Police will be notified immediately.
Please note that the majority of our cottages contain stairs. If you require the ground floor cottage, please request at the time of booking. This cottage is subject to availability. Special requests cannot always be guaranteed.
No cribs / cots / infant beds are available.
Limited rollaway beds / extra bedding are available by request at an extra cost. *subject to availability.
Multiple night stays may attract a service by Housekeeping.
Guests requiring a full clean, including towels, sheets, floors, dishwashing etc is available for an additional fee of $85.
