One Night Stays are available, however a cleaning surcharge is required of $30 to assist in covering costs. This can be paid at the time of your accommodation booking or on the day of arrival (via cash or bank card). Friday & Saturday nights require a 2 night minimum booking period.
Long Weekend and Clare Valley Special Event Weekends require a minimum booking of 3 nights
Payment of the accommodation constitutes the guests acceptance of these Booking Terms and Conditions of Use
The operator will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However, the operator reserves the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
Wifi Policy: To ensure you make the most of the local attractions and tourism opportunities we offer you the use of a WiFi service for no additional charge. This service is provided to compliment your holiday experience, is is not intended for device update, personal streaming or data download. It is not to be used for explicit, offensive or illegal activity. Using the WiFi service provided means you agree to these terms and conditions.
Additional Guests Policy: Additional guests beyond that stated on the confirmation notice is not permissible.
Cleanliness Policy: It is the responsibility of the guest's to ensure the property is left in an acceptable condition. This includes cleaning and putting away kitchen dishes/glasses. Guests will be charged a fee of $35 an hour for excess cleaning.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at the accommodation with the exception of Certified Disability Dogs. In the even of a Certified Disability Dog a $300 cash bond is required to cover potential property damage done by the dog. The bond will be returned in full if no damage or additional cleaning is required 20 days after your stay.
Smoking: Is not permitted inside the accommodation or in the undercover areas.
Damage Policy: While accidents happen, any damage, breakage or loss of furniture, furnishings, equipment, locks, windows, keys is to be reported immediately and paid for at cost by the guest. A written inventory is conducted prior to guests arrival and on guest departure by cleaning staff.
