All prices quoted are in Australian dollars and include GST. Please make bookings with care. All cancellations will incur a 30% cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than one week notice, no refund will be given. If you cancel more than one week before departure, 50% of the tour cost will be refunded. Alternative dates and/or itineraries will be offered where available.
Tours operate on demand for MINUMUM numbers. Tours of 1-3 day duration need a minimum of 2 adult passengers to confirm departure. Tours of 4 or more days duration need a minimum of 4 adult passengers to confirm departure. If minimum numbers are not met and it is necessary to cancel tour, we will refund full payment. Tri State Safaris takes all due care but accepts no responsibility for injury, illness, death, theft or other loss or damage to any person or property sustained. We strongly recommend guests carry comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.
Your guide will make every effort to keep to the timetable and the itinerary. Tri State Safaris reserves the right to change tour times and itineraries, without refund, due to abnormal extremes of weather, road closures, emergency incidents or other exceptional circumstances beyond our control, to ensure the safety of passengers. This includes, cultural, seasonal flooding, or bad weather conditions including excessive rain or heat. Where it is necessary for us to cancel a tour due to circumstances beyond our control (ie flood, road closures, mechanical breakdowns etc) a 30% cancellation fee will be applied. Any expenses incurred because of delay beyond our control shall not be our responsibility. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or theft of or to any property, or repairs or recovery costs to participants vehicles. We retain the right to remove any person from the tour where the safety or comfort of other passengers is at risk.
