Booking Terms

Prices are based on 2, 3 or 4 share where indicated and include breakfast. Dinner is included where indicated, however dinners between 1 Jul - 1 September are not provided on Wednesdays (Chef's day off!). Discounted rates will reflect this.
If rooms appear available but not the configuration you require, please email us: bookings@dianalodge.com.
Online bookings require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellation of online bookings 30 days prior arrival will be refunded less 20% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior arrival will not receive a refund, unless the room is rebooked. No refund for bookings cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival or in the event of a no-show. All refunds are at the discretion of management.
