Cancellation requests must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing by post, fax or email. Unless otherwise agreed:
1. A non-refundable administration fee of $20 applies to each room booked and subsequently cancelled.
2. A 50% refund minus the first night and a $20 administration fee will apply, for any deposits paid on a room that is cancelled after 2pm, 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
3. Full room charges will apply to rooms not occupied and/or cancelled after 2pm, 5 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
