Cancellation requests must be advised by telephone and confirmed in writing by post, fax or email. Unless otherwise agreed:
1. a non-refundable administration fee of $20 applies to each room booked and subsequently cancelled.
2. a refund will be issued, less the $20 administration fee, for any deposits paid on a room that is cancelled by no later than 2pm on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
3. full room charges equivalent to the first night will apply to rooms not occupied and/or cancelled after 2pm on the day prior to the scheduled check-in date.
