Bookings, Alterations and Cancellations.
•Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment of booked Tour.
•Payment in full must be made prior to departure on any Tailored Tour.
•Payment of any “overtime” must be made before the completion of the Tailored Tour.
•Payment is the responsibility of the client.
•Alterations to the time and date of a booking may be made up to five working days prior to the date of the booking. Changes to date and time of a Tailored Tour booking will be subject to the availability.
•Failure to pay as per these terms and conditions entitles Melbourne Wine Tours (Pittman & Martin Pty. Ltd.) to apply charges for recovery of the debt.
•Cancellations received more than 5 days prior to departure will incur a 30% administration fee.
•Cancellations received 5 days or less prior to departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
