Booking Terms

Hello and welcome to Animal Land. We want to make sure you have a fantastic stay with us so please read this document carefully so you understand the conditions of your stay.

Animal Land is a working farm so there are some important rules you must follow to ensure the safety of your family, the staff and the animals.


Farm Access 

·        You are only allowed to access the farm during normal farm operating hours from 10am until 3pm. Access to the farm is only available on a guided tour. "no exceptions"

·        Children under 16 visiting the farm must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.


Tour Times prices for Farm Stay Guests:

·        2 Night Farm stay includes complimentary Farm Tour at 10:30 or 12:00 Daily

·        1 Night Farm Stay include 50% Disc off Daily Farm Tour at 10:30 or 12:00 Daily


Special Privileges

·        Farm Stay guest have the opportunity to assist staff with preparation, feeding and grooming of the animals, this must be done in the company of a staff member.

·        Children under 16 visiting the farm must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.

·        Fresh egg collection is available to guest(after 7:00 am Children must be accompanied by an adult) Please take only what you need and remember other guests.

Room booking is Max # as per website information

Max # of guests as allowable as per council requirements.

Should you have extra guests you will need to book an extra room.


Cleaning of Accommodation

·        Please ensure all dishes etc. are washed and putaway and the unit is tidy before you check out, if you opt to not clean the unit an $85 cleaning fee will be applied.


Checkout Time of Accommodation

·        Please note checkout time is 10am.

·        If you are intending on taking a farm tour,please make sure you have vacated the room prior to commencing your tour or late check out fees will apply. ($50 / hour or part thereof)


Cancellation refund Policy:

·        Cancellations 35 days or prior will receive a full refund. (less any merchant or booking fees)

·        Cancellations 8 to 24 days will receive a 50% refund.(less any merchant or booking fees)

·        Cancellations 7 days and under will not receive a refund.
