The 2 bedroom apartment is booked on an exclusive basis and our guests enjoy the Lookout as a private rural retreat. The beautifully landscaped property is perched high over Backstairs Passage and is only 10 kms from Penneshaw and the ferry terminal. The apartment is fully equipped and accommodates up to 4 people on a self-catering basis.

Booking Terms

a) A cancellation more than 30 days prior to arrival - Loss of deposit A cancellation between 7 and 30 days prior to arrival - AUD $50 per person or  50% of total cost whichever is the greater. c) A cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival - AUD $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater. A cancellation within 24 hours of arrival 100% of total cost.

The Lookout operators reserve the right to alter services due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of the operators. We strongly recommend that clients take out travel insurance to cover themselves against cancellations, loss or damage to personal effects and medical emergencies.Please no pets. No smoking in the apartment, smoking outside is ok.
