Booking Terms

Cancellations made within 7 days of booking arrival date incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice incur an administration fee of 35% of the total booking fee.
We encourage our customers to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Conditions of Use

We do apologise, but Browns House is not suitable for children. Also, for the comfort of all guests we do not allow smoking in either property and are not suitable for pets.
