Cancellation fees of 100% will apply if cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival.
More than 7 days notice will incur administration charge of 20% of the booking.

We are a pet friendly establishment but please pre-arrange before arrival.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Breakages or damages must be paid for by the guest.
Any belongings left behind, we will return via Australia Post COD(cash on delivery).
