The Paravista Motel is a 3-star Motel located 4 kilometres from central Darwin in the suburb of Parap, and only 8 kilometres from the airport. We are located in a quiet area that is far enough from Darwin to avoid the crowds and noise, but still close enough to be in the city within 5 minutes. Our motel has 18 rooms and is within walking distance of Darwin CBD, Mindil Beach and the Mindil Beach Markets, Skycity Casino, the Botanical Gardens, Parap Markets, the Darwin Ski Club, Trailer Boat Club, the Museum, Fannie Bay, and East Point Reserve. All rooms have air conditioning, fans, ensuite bathrooms, balconies, refrigerators, kettles for coffee and tea making, TV’s with local and cable channels, and free Wi-Fi. We have a pool and BBQ area, and there are laundry and kitchen facilities, as well as plenty of parking space.
