ACCOMMODATION:
Magnetic Island's Tropical Palms Inn provides comfortable self contained units in a garden setting just 100 metres from Picnic Bay Beach, hotel, jetty and childrens playground. It is only a short walk to the Golf Club. Located at the quiet end of the Island it is the perfect place to chill out and relax. The self contained units include a kitchenette with cooking facilities including microwave, fridge, airconditioning, ceiling fans, television and DVD player (movies available).

CAR HIRE:
Tropical Palms 4WD hire offers car hire at competitive rates for island visitors to visit all of Magnetic Islands beautiful bays and beaches. These 4WD's can travel to the secluded Radical Bay, Florence Bay and West point. All cars are modern, airconditioned, well maintained four wheel drives, including automatics from 4 to 7 seats.

PICNIC BAY:
Historic Picnic Bay is located at the quiet end of the Island. It offers peace and tranquillity for guests to relax, but never boredom. There is a beautiful sandy beach with protected swimming & views to Townsville. Snorkelling and Scuba diving is popular around the rocks at Hawkings Point. Fishing is allowed with the jetty being very popular with locals and tourists alike. For the energetic there are numerous bush walks through National Park and the Golf Course is also located in Picnic Bay just a short walk away.
There is plenty to see and do without having to rush around.
