The house at 21 Esplanade is a self-contained, 3 bedroom house on the Seafront overlooking Kingscote's boat harbour with uninterrupted views of Backstairs Passage and beyond. It sleeps up to 8 B1 Double B2 Double (+1 with a rollaway)B3 1 single and 2 singles in double bunk. Bedlinen and towels are included. Bathroom has separate shower & bath, + toilet + laundry with washing machine. Kitchen is fully outfitted and has fridge/freezer, fan-force oven, cooktop, microwave. Freezer in garage. Parking is available alongside house and in double garage, suit small boat and car. Gas BBQ and outdoor setting, Fish cleaning sink and hose in backyard.
