PARONELLA PARK – the dream continues…

The unforgettable holiday memories are the chance discoveries.

You arrive at Paronella Park after a peaceful drive through the lush greenery of the far north. Not knowing what to expect you embark on a journey of discovery.

The 5 hectare Park was developed in the 1920s/30s by Spanish immigrant Jose Paronella, an early eco-tourism operator, as a pleasure garden. Visitors are amazed to find amongst the many buildings, North Queenslands first Hydro Electric system, and fountains fed by the 40 foot Mena Creek Falls.

A 45 minute guided walk takes you through the highlights of the park and tells the extraordinary story of Jose Paronella's dreams and vision.
Experience the secrets and delights that are Paronella Park at night on the Darkness Falls tour.

The experience includes:
• The Story of Jose Paronella’s dream (Day Tours) 45 minutes
• Evening Experience (The Night Light-up and Tour) 1 hour
• 1 night stay in caravan park (Limited sites: call to book in the van park)
