Architect designed, completed in December 2005, this self-catering family style facility reflects the local historic character of neighbouring beach houses offering sea views back to the mainland with a conservation park at the back door. It is located about half a kilometre from the Penneshaw town centre and the SeaLink Ferry terminal. It is only a 200-metre walk to the white sand sheltered beach of Hog Bay.
