Bed (4) has 2 bunk beds with built in robe. The main bathroom is separate from the toilet and wash basin for convenience and privacy. The dining and kitchen areas have a lounge and dining table to seat 8. The kitchen has microwave/fridge/stove/oven and most kitchen items you would expect. Airconditioning/heating is remote controlled split system/reverse cycle. TV,CD,DVD,Turntable and PS 1 for entertainment. Outdoor dining is available with decking BBQ, portable entertainment fridge and outdoor setting to seat 8. There are 4 sunlounges. The decking starts as you walk out from the main bedroon around to the front of the house. Viewing of wallabies at dusk is a must from the decking. Fish cleaning facilities are off the decking for convenience when returning with the day's catch. The beach is "astonesthrow" from the house. The property has rainwater plumbed into the house as there is no mains water and we ask that you conserve water. Fishing rods, beach toys and 2 mountain bikes are available for all to use.
